➕Adding a colleague to view/edit a plan

For example: I want to grant my accountant with access to our 2025 budget. How do I add them to the plan?

Option 1: Adding someone through the Excel Interface

1. Navigate to Excel

2. Navigate to File in the ribbon

3. Select "Share"

4. Type in the email address

5. Click Send

Option 2: Adding someone via the Sharepoint Interface

1. Navigate to Sharepoint

2. Navigate to the customer site

3. Select Documents

4. Select the folder you want to share

5. Type in the email address

6. Click Send
