📈Import Plans to Compare in SmartModel™

In order to view plans in the "Compare Plans" or other Variance Review tabs in the SmartModel™ you can import plans to compare them to perform a mid month or end of month variance review.

How do I import plans?

1. Click on "Import Plans" in the Add-In

1. Select the plans you want to import

2. Click on "Import and Save" at the bottom of the screen

1. Navigate to the blue "Compare Plans" tab in the SmartModel™

2. Select the recently imported plan to view the variance

How do I delete plans from the drop-down?

1. Right click on any tab

2. Select "Unhide" from the Excel menu

3. Find the F-tab with the plan name you would like to delete

4. Unhide it

5. Delete the tab

6. Click on "Import Data"

7. Select one plan to import

8. Every other plan that is not selected will get deleted from the drop-down menu

For SmartModel™ expert users: you can also find the I-meta data tab and delete the column with the plan name to remove plans from the drop-down menu.
