🔂Partial Model Roll Back

This feature allows you to roll back some tabs in your SmartModel™ (replacing actuals with forecasts)

Replacing actuals with forecasts will take the assumptions of the last period of forecasts meaning that any override or specific forecasts you have cannot be restored with this functionality. You will need to make use of selecting an older SmartModel™ version to get them back. If you do not have unique monthly forecasts, use this functionality.

1. Open the Drivepoint Add-In

2. Click on the "..." on the top ribbon

3. Click on "Roll Model Forward"

4. Click on "Roll Back" on the bottom of the screen

5. Select the date you would like to roll the model back to

💡 The date of current actuals is highlighted. You will need to select a PREVIOUS month to roll back actuals to forecasts.

1. Click "Model Roll Back"

2. Unselect any tabs that you do not want to roll back

3. Click "Roll Model Back"

4. Your model will now get rolled back

💡 Your column headers in row 3 are changed to "Forecasts", all of your actuals are replaced with forecasts and your pro forma date is rolled back as well.
