How to do it
Click + New report in the top right. You'll be asked two things:
Which table do you want to query? Pick the table that matches the kind of question you're trying to answer. For sales questions, that's usually Ecommerce Transactions (Order Level).
What's your question? Type it in plain English. For example: "What were Net Sales across all e-com channels in the last 12 months?"
The agent will run the query and drop you straight into the reporting view with a chart and the underlying data.
💡 Tip: You don't need to know any field names. Ask the way you'd ask a teammate.
What the Agent knows about today
The Agent currently has deep knowledge of:
Model Actuals — your historical financials
Model Variance — variance analysis
Ecomm Orders — ecommerce sales data
More topics (line-item transactions, customers, LTV) are coming during the beta. If the Agent says it can't answer something, that topic likely isn't loaded yet — let your CS contact know what you were trying to do.
Refine the report
Once your first chart is generated, you can keep refining it in two ways:
Ask a follow-up in natural language. For example: "Now break Net Sales down by Amazon vs. Shopify." The Agent will update the chart in place.
Use the BI interface. Change the chart type, add filters, swap dimensions, or tweak formatting using the controls above and around the chart.
You can go back and forth between the two as much as you want.
