Edit & save your own reports

Once your report looks the way you want it, save it as a tile on a dashboard. Dashboards group related charts together and become the things you share with your team.

Save a chart to a dashboard

  1. Click the + Dashboard button in the top right.

  2. A summary panel will appear. Confirm the chart title and chart type.

  3. Choose where to save it: an existing dashboard, or a new one (give it a name like Sales Dashboard).

  4. Click Save.

Your chart is now a tile on the dashboard.

Edit your dashboard

From the dashboard view, you can:

  • Rename the dashboard by clicking the title at the top of the page.

  • Edit any chart — click the title, subtitle, or chart type to change them.

  • Add another chart — click Add chart to insert a new placeholder, then ask the Agent a new question or build it from scratch.

  • Rearrange tiles — drag tiles to reposition, drag corners to resize.

  • Stretch a tile to full width — open the tile's three-dot menu → enable Stretch width.

  • Remove a chart — open the tile's options menu and select Remove.

Publish your changes

When you're happy with the dashboard, click Publish in the pink bar at the top of the screen. Until you publish, your edits are saved as a draft only you can see.

💡 Made a mistake? Reports are versioned automatically. If you broke something, your CS contact can help you roll back to an earlier version.
