# Signing In

### Excel Web Version

Many of our customers have opted into using the Google SSO option to sign up to Drivepoint. You can use it or the manual email login to sign into Drivepoint.

### Desktop

Google SSO unfortunately does not work on the Desktop version. You will have to manually sign in.

To use your Google email and password, navigate to the Drivepoint Web-App. Click Alt / Option and click on your icon on the top right. You can see an option to link your Google account. Once successfully linked you can sign into Drivepoint on Desktop manually but with your Google Email + Google Password.

Help?! I need to re-add the Add-In every single time?

We sometimes observe this is the case when you are not signed in properly with your Excel account or if your company does not have a Microsoft Excel 365 license. [Reach out](/help-1/contact-us.md) to our team with any questions in terms of which email address we should add to your Drivepoint account so that you don't have to re-add the Drivepoint Add-in every time.
