# Connecting your first data source

**Step 1:** Navigate to the [Drivepoint platform](https://app.drivepoint.io/)

**Step 2:** Click on "Data Sources" on the left sidebar

**Step 3:** Click on the "Connect" button on the top right of the page

**Step 4:** Choose your preferred datasource *(💡Most of our clients start with Shopify or Quickbooks)*

**Step 5:** Follow the instructions in the pop-up video

**Step 6:** Once you see the green success bar on top of the main data source page -> congrats 🎉- you connected your first data source!

**Step 7:** Connect more data sources *(💡at least one operational source: Shopify and/or Amazon and one financial source: Quickbooks or Netsuite)*

**Step 8:** Email your Drivepoint rep and relax - you have done all of the work. Now it is our turn! We will be in touch.
