What are Drivepoint Credits?

Drivepoint Credits are the means of exchange utilized for all usage-based software and services.

What can I use credits for?

Credits may be redeemed for Professional Services or metered product features. Examples of Professional Services include Smartmodel customization, financial analysis, data entry, and in depth model training or working sessions with your Financial Analyst.

How much is a credit worth?

When redeemed for Professional Services, one Credit equates to one minute of Professional Services from a Drivepoint Financial Analyst. (60 Credits for one hour). Metered product feature rates vary by product.

Where can I find more detail on how my credits were used?

Every client with Credit usage in a given month will receive a report detailing line items and summarizing usage and additions. These are sent out once each month is closed, generally by the 15th of the following month.

For credit deductions: The credit balance reflects the operations of the Drivepoint team in real time. For credit increases: As you request to purchase more credits, our team will invoice you the amount and once paid, your balance in the Drivepoint platform will be updated within 48h.

Why should I purchase monthly subscriptions?

Monthly subscriptions come at a discounted price compared to one time purchases. If you purchase one-time credit packages frequently, you should request a monthly subscription to benefit from a discount percentage.

You can request to purchase more credits by clicking on "Buy Credits" and filling out all of the information. We will get back to you within 2 business days.
