Quickbooks can be easily authenticated in the Drivepoint UI

Get QBO Data into Drivepoint

1. Click on "New Data Source"

2. Click on the "Quickbooks" logo

3. Authenticate QBO within Drivepoint. You have to be a QBO Admin to connect to Drivepoint.

4. After a successful authentication, please complete the QBO Settings to start the first data pull.

1. Fill out whether you would like any dimensions associated with the Income Statement and the Balance Sheet. Default is unclassed for every customer so you can proceed without making changes.

2. You can also change if you would like your accounting method to be cash or accrual.

3. You are also able to indicate from when you'd like to start pulling data. 💡 You can change the year and month, please keep the time (TZ) the same. We suggest our default of pulling data from 2015 is usually sufficient

4. Save your Changes. If you do not save changes, we won't start pulling QBO data.

5. Done🎉 Your QBO is now connected to Drivepoint
