Where your work lives
Reports and dashboards live in one of three places. Here's how to think about them:
Folder | What lives here |
My Documents | Everything you've created. Private to you until you share or move it. |
Shared with Me | Documents that other teammates have shared with you directly. |
Team Documents (Hub) | Your company's shared workspace. Anything in here is visible to everyone with access to the parent folder. |
You can find all three in the left-hand navigation on the Documents page, and as cards in the Bundles tab on the Reports page.
Which one should I use?
Working on something just for yourself? Leave it in My Documents.
Sharing with one or two specific teammates? Keep it in My Documents and use Share — it'll appear in their Shared with Me. (How to share →)
Want the whole team or company to find it? Move it into Team Documents. (How to move →)
