Connect your Tik Tok Shop data to Drivepoint to forecast for the channel and get all historical Sales data.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Data Sources in Drivepoint

2. Click on New Connection

3. Click on the TikTok Shop logo

4. Add the TikTok Shop ADMIN's Email Address

   1. This is important -> has to be the TikTok Shop Admin's email address

1. Click "Confirm to Install"

2. Check the "Terms and Conditions" box on the next page

3. Click "Authorize"

1. Wait a minute or two, it takes a little while until TikTok Shop completes the auth

2. Back in the Drivepoint interface, select your store!

   1. You need to do this for every store you would like to connect to Drivepoint. We do not have a multi-store support at the moment

1. Click "Connect Shop"

2. You should see a "You successfully connected TikTok Shop", if you don't reach out to us below:
